Campus goes Greek for homecoming dance

Just in time for fall weather to blow in, the campus celebrates spirt week with themed dress up days, as announced in the senior dining hall.

With the first long-awaited cool front to herald fall, spirit week and homecoming are on tap this week.

The Homecoming football game kicks off Friday night against East Central, and the annual Homecoming dance follows on Saturday from 7 to 11 p.m.

Tickets for the dance go up to $30 at the door. Tickets initially sold for $20 and can now be bought in the rotunda and in senior dining hall for $25. 

 The game will be take place at Ranger Stadium and the dance will be held in the SV cafeteria.  Homecoming court voting takes place Monday and Tuesday, and the final results will be revealed during halftime of the homecoming game.

The Greek-themed dance will include leaf crowns, balloons and lightning bolts.
