Student’s Eagle Scout project accepting donations for child immigrants, refugees

Junior David Richison stands proudly waiting for his name to be called on Jan. 11 during the NHS induction.

Junior David Richison has included the school in his Eagle Scout project. The project works with Catholic charities assisting the Child Immigrant Project and refugees by collecting unused and unopened toiletry items. 

NHS members can earn one service hour for every $5 donated with a maximum of $15 or three service hours.


Unused and unopened toiletry items that can be donated:

  • Shampoo
  • Conditioner
  • Bath soap
  • Deodorant
  • Toothbrushes and toothpaste
  • Floss

 

Donations can be dropped off in Room A204 until May 8.
