Bye Bye Birdie Hits the Stage Tomorrow Night

Theater, choir premiere the long awaited musical

The musical Bye Bye Birdie premieres in the auditorium, Dec. 8. The performances are also on this Friday and Saturday with all starting at 7:30 p.m.

Set in the town of Sweetapple, Ohio, Conrad Birdie is adored country wide for his melodic singing but finds out he is being drafted into the military. He has “one last kiss” with one lucky girl (randomly selected and against his will) before he is shipped off overseas.

KeVon Vernon stars as lead Conrad Birdie with Elf Synodinos as Albert Peterson and Lindsey Curtis as Rosie Alvarez. Tickets cost $8 at the door.
