After competing in the district championship, the boys varsity cross country team is the 27-6A district champions while the girls are the district runner-ups.

The boys team dominated with seven top 15 finishes in the race. Andres Engle took home first place while Clayton Wilkerson and Mason Garner followed him coming out in second and third respectively.

On the girls side they fell just one point short of taking home the district title. Sara Scott had the best finish for the girls team coming in third place while Sydney Jensen (8th) and Zoe Marquin (10th) rounded out the top 10.

Both varsity cross country teams continued what has been a dominant year. They now look to turn their attentions to their Regional Meet on Oct. 23 as they continue on their pursuit to the state championship.
