200 meter medley relay makes state, school history

The varsity boys swim team took home a UIL 6A gold medal in the 200m medley and freestyle relays along with multiple individual finishes by swimmers Klinsek, Hunt, Hill, and Nwaeze.

The varsity boys swim team took home a UIL 6A gold medal in the 200m medley and freestyle relays along with multiple individual finishes by swimmers Klinsek, Hunt, Hill, and Nwaeze.

Boys varsity swimmers squad took their talents to state, winning events and establishing a school legacy.

Swimmers Konnar Klinksiek, Sean Besch, Joe Hunt, Amechi Nwaeze, and Carter Hill mad history with first place finishes during the medley and freestyle relays. The 200m medley relay broke a state record with a time of 1:30.73.

Their overall finish at state was fifth place, the best in school history.
