Conchas: Julissa Vargas brought Conchas, a popular type of pan dulces, which is a mexican bread sweet.

Bunuelo chips: Julissa Vargas brought bunuelo chips, which are usually eaten around christmas time in the hispanic culture.

Spring Rolls: Eva Arriola brought spring rolls made by her mom to represent her Vietnamese heritage.

Blondies: Austen Young brought gluten free blondies. Similar to brownies, but made with brown sugar. While they aren’t a part of Young’s culture, with his moms gluten allergy, they are part of his day to day life.

Biryani: Dhruvi Bhagwat brought Biryani, an Indian dish. To make it, boil rice and spice veggies in kashmiri and red chili. Combine the spice and rice and top with crunchy onion and alanho.

Ebelskivers: Alex Whelchel brought ebelskivers which are a Danish pancake that can be filled with many different things. They are in a sphere shape and are cooked using a special pan. The batter is a typical pancake batter but beaten egg whites are added to the batter to make it fluffy. A small amount of batter is scooped into each divet in the pan and the filling is scooped in. Then more batter is added on top and they are flipped and cooked until done.
