Baseball defeats New Braunfels 5-1; boys soccer overcomes Steele

On March 22, Baseball played against New Braunfels at New Braunfels and won 5-1, scoring three runs in the top of the first and never looking back. The team plays the Unicorns again on Friday at home. 

 

Softball lost to Judson, 4-1 on Tuesday, March 22, following an 8-1 win over South San on March 15. They will next play East Central on Friday, March 25.

 

Track will be sending 22 competitors to the Texas Relays at the University of Texas, from March 23- 26. This includes all six relays, for both the boys and girls teams. Other qualifiers include Jonah Ulbricht for pole vault, and Zada Zimmerman for the 100 meter hurdles.

 

Boys Soccer defeated Steele on March 18, finishing the regular season with only 1 loss. They will play in their Bidistrict Championship tonight, March 24, against Brandeis at Boerne Champion.

 

Girls Soccer also finished their regular season with a win, advancing to 21-1, and undefeated in District. They will play Madison at Davenport on March 25 for the Bidistrict title.
