Knowing that exploring the world is the opportunity of a lifetime, English II teacher Laurissa Dennis became a group leader with EF Tours to allow students to tour Europe with her.

This summer, students will go with her to Paris, London, and Edinburgh. Next summer, there will be an 11-day educational tour to Portugal and Spain with a half-day excursion to Morocco.

“We’re going to tour all of the really awesome places and all of the things to see,” Dennis said, “Lisbon, Seville, Costa del Sol, Granada, and Madrid.”

For the 2017 trip, students get to tour the countries and go on city challenges, scavenger hunts, and even attend flamenco lessons. Only four spots are left for the trip, and students will need at least one teacher recommendation.

“We are planning to do anything and everything there is to do there.” Dennis said. “If people are interested and they want to go, come by my room A115.”
