After a solid third place finish in their regional meet, the girls cross country team qualified for the state championship meet.

Cambria Clark had the highest individual finish for the team coming in fourth place with 19:05.90. Also finishing in the top 10 for the team was Meggan Muzquiz who came in ninth place with a time of 19:22.40.

The state championship meet takes place on Nov 12 at Old Settlers Park in Round Rock. The girls will run a 5k starting at 11 a.m.
