In tightly contested game the Judson Rockets defeated the varsity boys basketball team by a score of 75-68. The game was close from start to finish with the team having a shot at taking the lead bringing the game down to five with about four minutes left in the game before the Rockets were able to ward them off.

Junior power forward Alex Peavy led all scorers tallying up 21 points for the team. The team also received solid contributions from junior Trevon Moehrig-Woodard (17 points) and senior Jyael Gervin (16 points).

The team now falls to 6-13 (1-5 District) as they prepare for their next district game against rival new Braunfels this Friday. The game will be at 7:00 at New Braunfels High School.
