Actors performed, techs scrambled, directors sweat, judges judged, and the crowd cheered. Theatre UIL One Act advanced to district Tuesday with its play, Widows, by Ariel Dorfman.

The company brought home a win as a whole, with Hannah Pittman earning an All Star Tech award,  Elf Synodinos and Emily Harrison bringing home Honorable Mentions awards and Jack Mobley and Kaylee Underwood receiving All Star Cast. 

District will take place at the school March 21. Widows will perform right after school ends, and students are invited to see the show.
