The choir presents Dinner and a Song in Senior Dining Hall on Friday and Saturday.

Set to begin at 6 p.m., the event will consist of food catered by BJ’s Brewhouse and songs from Broadway musicals sung by choir members.

“We sing broadway songs such as “One Day More” from ‘Les Miserables,’ “Forget About the Boy” from ‘Thoroughly Modern Millie,’ and “The Tale of Sweeney Todd” from ‘Sweeney Todd: the Musical.'” junior Emily Poblano said.

Choir members practiced for weeks to perfect their solos and dances.

“This is one of my favorite concerts because it’s fun and we get to do cool solos before pop show in May,” senior Anjelica Rios said, “We get to dress up and serve our friends and family food.”

Chicken Fettuccine Alfredo, Caesar Salad, Garlic Knots and Dessert will be provided. Plates cost 20 dollars and will be served at 6:30 p.m. Tickets to only watch the show cost five dollars. Entertainment begins at 7.

“You should definitely come out and support and donate to our choir booster club so we can continue to put on cool shows,” Rios said.
