Walking through the halls, getting smacked in the face by balloons, stabbed by thorns from roses of people walking past, it’s easy to tell in the classes and halls of SV that it’s indeed Valentine’s Day.

For those who are against this holiday and need something to do after school today, here’s what you can do:

  • The popular restaurant Hooters gives out 10 free boneless wings with the purchase of 10 wings if you bring in a shredded photo of your ex. goo.gl/nu3jfZ
  • Grab a free cookie or brownie at Firehouse Subs with the coupon on this link goo.gl/ABFhRz
  • Order two large two-topping pizzas for $5.99 at Dominoes
  • With the purchase of a $10 Chicken Share from KFC, you get four free fried chicken scratch and sniff valentines.
  • Go to Chick-fil-A and buy a heart shaped box of chicken nuggets
  • Ignore all of the couples out and grab some of your friends and go out to eat.
  • Stay in with your friends and have a game night or watch movies about not needing a significant other.
  • Cook a fancy meal for yourself or your friends.

The opportunities are endless. No one should spend Valentine’s Day alone, even if they are single.
