The varsity basketball team shot down the antlers on Tuesday defeating Kerrville Tivy 51-45 to earn its third victory.

The team led through three quarters of play with a comfortable lead, then at the end of the third quarter things were tied up. The team pulled through, and secured the win with a rebound at the end of the game by junior Alex Peavy, who led the team with 20 points.

The team is now 3-2, and takes on Boerne Champion, 3-3, this Friday at 6:30 p.m.
