Students and staff can enter the campus dress-up contest for spirit week.

Spirited students and their enthusiastic teachers could win a free lunch on Oct. 7 by participating in a dress-up contest during Spirit Week.

Participating students can take photos with their teachers dressed in spirit gear throughout the week and post them on the Media Team’s Twitter feed, @valleyventana. The best dressed pair will be picked each day, and winners from Monday through Thursday will get lunch courtesy of principal Michael Wahl on Friday.

Spirit days include:

  • Monday – Senior Citizens versus Babies
  • Tuesday – Movie Characters
  • Wednesday – Space (aliens, Star Wars, Star Trek, etc.)
  • Thursday – Pajamas
  • Friday – Spirit Day (freshmen dress in red, sophomores dress in gray, juniors dress in white and seniors dress in Ranger blue)

Entries must include @valleyventana and #SVHOCO to be considered.
