In the San Antonio Area “Match of the Night” on Tuesday, the boys varsity soccer team came out and annihilated Clemens, coming away with a 5-1 win. The first half saw a defensive battle with both teams heading into the locker rooms at the half all knotted up at 1-1. But the second half was a very different story. The boys came out and had an offensive explosion scoring 4 unanswered goals as they cruised their way to victory. The boys varsity soccer team maintained an undefeated record in district play and improved their record to 6-2-3. Up next they have the Wagner Thunderbirds at home on Friday at 7:15 p.m.
