Football

This past Friday Rangers played Canyon bringing home the gold 35-0. Senelick was 15 for 16 on the night with 264 yards and three touchdowns while Doug Lantz carried the ball 11 times for 66 yards. Hunt led all receivers with six receptions for 167 yards and three touchdowns. Football has a bye on Friday and will take on Kyle Lehman Oct. 7 for homecoming.

Volleyball

Volleyball won their game this Tuesday against Boerne Champion 3-1. Volleyball will play again against Seguin this Friday, September 30 at  6:30 p.m. in the SV main gym.

Tennis

Yesterday, Sept. 27, tennis won in a blow out game against Canyon Lake with a score of 15-4. The team will head to bi-district on Monday, Oct. 10. 

Cross Country

Last Wednesday, Sept. 21, cross country competed in the Tivy Antler River Run. The boys team came in first place overall with junior Bradyn Youngdahl finishing in first and senior Schaefer Robertson in second. The girls team also came in first, filling the top 4 places.

Water Polo

Yesterday, Sept. 27,  water polo defeated Canyon Lake with girls 23-1 and boys 10-6. They will travel to Canyon on Sept. 30 with the girls starting at 4:30 p.m.

Bass Fishing

Team Comal took first place at the Canyon Lake tournament on Sept. 26. Evan Koop and Carson Snowden finished in the top five and Cade Dornburg and Braxton Alexander took third place.
