Football

This past Friday Rangers took down Boerne Champion, winning 49-0. QB Chase Senelick had 3 touchdowns of his own, along with multiple of his other teammates putting numbers on the scoreboard. This Friday Rangers take on Buda Hays at Shelton Stadium in Buda, TX at 7p.m. The theme is Space Out. 

Volleyball

Senior Lillie Johnson was named E-N Player of the Week. Volleyball won against Boerne Champion last Friday, October 21st,  putting them 12-1 in district. Box scores were 21-25, 17-25, and 20-25, sweeping boerne. Volleyball ended their season yesterday and won against Seguin with box scores of 25-15, 25-11, and 25-16.

Cross Country

The cross country girls’ team is headed to state after finishing second behind Boerne Champion at the regional meet in Corpus Christi. Sophomore Mia Perez (5th) and senior Sophia Goodwin 96th) led the pack. Junior Brayden Youngdahl is the boys lone qualifier with his ninth place individual finish. The State championship meet is at Old Settler’s Park in Round Rock, TX.
