During the 3rd period Constitution Day assembly, seniors received pocket constitutions as they walked into the auditorium.
The school hosted a Constitution Day celebration Tuesday for seniors during 3rd and 5th period.
“Constitution Day is an opportunity for Local attorneys, Judges, Justices, elected officials and peace officers to speak to students regarding honoring Constitution Day and pass out pocket Constitutions,” assistant principal Matthew Sutherland said.
Students heard a video message from Congressman Chip Roy before listening to speeches from a member of Roy’s staff and local judges and lawyers.
