School administrators were notified about a potential bomb threat to campus in a social media post this morning.

They immediately contacted law enforcement to begin an investigation, and determined it was not credible.

“We share this information with you because we want you to be aware of any issues that may impact student safety at our school,” principal Stacia Snyder said in an email to parents this morning. “We also know that this information may be shared on social media and create concern among students and parents.”

Administration will complete its investigation on Monday when students return to campus to ensure the safety of students and staff.

Understandably, the threat of violence on campus is a concern to all of us,” Snyder said. “With your help, we will continue our commitment to creating a safe, secure, and conducive learning environment for your child.”
